    研究方向

    铁磁、铁电、多铁、压电等复功能氧化物薄膜和超晶格的外延生,及其多铁磁、铁电压电、磁耦合等性能控及器件研究,探索其在低功耗存、能源存储转换驱动域的用。

    柔性混合子的设计、制及性能控。
