     个人简介

    钟颖,哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)材料科学与工程学院教授,国家级青年人才。于2010年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学电子封装技术专业,2012年硕士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学材料加工工程专业,2017年博士毕业于美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(UCSD)。2017年至2019年于UCSD任博士后研究员,2019年至2022年在美国南佛罗里达大学任Tenure-track助理教授。期间主持3项美国国家自然科学基金(NSF)项目;其中包括美国助理教授最具竞争力的奖项之一NSF CAREER Award。获2022USF Excellence in Innovation Award。长期致力于微纳电子制造及封装领域材料界面及材料与外场相互作用机制的研究,在Environmental Science & Technology Acta MaterialiaSmall等国际著名期刊发表论文34篇,申请专利10件,授权5件,含3PCT专利。

     招生信息

    课题组每年拟招收博士研究生1~2名,硕士研究生2~3名,本科专业不限,推免生优先,有读博意愿和热爱科研的同学优先。

    本课题组尤其鼓励本科生尽早参与科研,欢迎对科研有浓厚兴趣并能确保每周在科研上投入20小时以上的本科生加入课题组,与我们一起探索未知,筑梦未来!

    希望学生具备强烈的好奇心和求知欲、面对挑战的勇气和毅力、良好的沟通能力以及解决问题的主观能动性。
