    个人简介

    秦敬凯 工学博士河北省石家庄市人本硕博均毕业于哈尔滨工业大学, 博士期间曾赴美国普渡大学电子工程系进行合作研究, 毕业后赴香港理工大学应用物理系从事博士后研究, 现为哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)材料科学与工程学院助理教授目前主要从事低维半导体材料及异质结构在新型微纳电子器件领域应用的研究以第一(通讯)作者在Nature ElectronicsACS NanoAdvanced Functional MaterialsSmall等期刊发表论文10余篇
